Voice Use and Recording Rights Notice
All vocal performances, recordings, and live appearances by JOHN NATHONY (“the Artist”) are protected by U.S. and international copyright and performance rights laws.
Unauthorized downloading, extraction, manipulation, or replication of the Artist’s voice is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Removing or isolating the Artist’s voice from any audio or video recording;
- Applying Auto-Tune, pitch correction, or any form of digital alteration;
- Using the Artist’s voice or likeness for AI voice synthesis, sampling, or recreation;
- Employing any portion of the Artist’s recorded or live performance in private, commercial, or broadcast media without prior written authorization.
Any violation of these restrictions constitutes a direct infringement of the Artist’s intellectual property and performance rights. Offenders will face:
- Immediate forfeiture of any related payments or compensation,
- Prohibited use of the Artist’s name, likeness, or performance, and
- Legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
