Overview
Most of our products are custom-printed on demand. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “buyer’s remorse” (e.g., you’ve changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size or color).
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged: Shows signs of damage that were not present upon arrival.
Misprinted: Has a printing error that differs significantly from the product listing.
Defective: Has a manufacturing or production defect.
You may be eligible for a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report any such issues.
How to Initiate a Return/Report an Issue
Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at support@johnanthonymusic.com with your order number and a clear photo or video of the damaged, misprinted, or defective item.
We Will Respond: We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Resolution: In cases of damaged, misprinted, or defective products, we may offer a free replacement or a refund for the item.
What to do with Damaged/Defective Items
Do Not Return: For damaged, misprinted, or defective items, you are generally not required to return the item to us. This is because the item is custom and cannot be resold.
What to Do If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Color
No Refunds/Exchanges: As products are printed on demand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing or color mistakes. Please carefully check the size chart, if available, and product details before placing your order.
